About the Role
Provides high-quality, timely development and client solutions for the pharmaceutical and related industries, with assignments ranging from basic analysis to leading small teams.
Responsibilities
- Leverages business experience to identify strategic alternatives and project approach.
- Conducts research and analyzes findings.
- Creates sections of client deliverables, including reports and presentations.
- Communicates findings and recommendations.
- Assists with business development and proposals.
- Works independently or as part of a team, managing staff development.
- Performs quantitative or qualitative analysis for client issues and deliverables.
- Develops knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market.
- Serves as the day-to-day manager for projects and works closely with clients.
- Leads learning, development, and recruiting programs.
Requirements
- A strong academic track record including MBA or relevant graduate degree and/or 4 or more years relevant experience.
- Prior experience or avid interest in the healthcare and life science industries.
- Some project management experience.
- Adaptability and ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent conversational and business English (written and oral).
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Right to work in the recruiting country.
