About the Role
This 6-month fixed-term Analyst role supports the Fleet Division by analyzing fleet data and administration, focusing on the daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cycle. The position ensures accurate and timely reporting to management and stakeholders, identifying anomalies and data integrity issues.
Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain daily and monthly reporting cycles, generating reports accurately and on schedule.
- Distribute reports to relevant stakeholders on time and in full.
- Monitor reporting output for anomalies, trend breaks, and data inconsistencies, summarizing issues for management.
- Maintain and troubleshoot SQL queries and data pulls for reports.
- Build, maintain, and refine Excel reporting tools using Power Query for automation.
- Support ad hoc data requests and light analysis.
Requirements
- Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Data Science, Analytics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent demonstrable experience in a data or reporting role.
- Hands-on experience running recurring reporting cycles.
- Working knowledge of SQL (able to read, adapt, and lightly troubleshoot queries).
- Advanced Excel, including Power Query for data import and transformation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with large, integrated datasets.
- Clear communicator, able to explain data anomalies concisely to a non-technical audience.
- Self-directed across recurring reporting cycles.
