About the Role
Join a collaborative and award-winning People & Culture team as an Administrator, playing a vital role in supporting employees and delivering exceptional HR administration. Responsibilities
- Prepare employment contracts, promotion letters, parental leave correspondence, and other employee documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and files
- Update HR systems and databases to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate onboarding of new starters including contract generation, employee files, input into relevant systems and platforms
- Manage system setup and employee record creation
- Support internal transfers across the Groupe locally and globally
- Coordinate offboarding activities, including obtaining resignation letters, advising payroll and ensuring reconciliation between leave and timesheets
- Respond to employee queries relating to pay, leave, policies, systems, and general HR matters
- Escalate complex matters when required to People Managers and leadership
- Assist with reporting requirements, audits, salary surveys, and compliance activities
- Support People & Culture projects and initiatives across the business
- Contribute ideas and solutions that enhance the employee experience and improve ways of working
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in an HR Administration, Office Administration, Data Entry, or similar administrative role
- A strong interest in developing a career within Human Resources
- Experience working with HRIS systems or other platforms requiring high levels of data accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, taking shared ownership of a high-volume inbox to deliver consistent, timely service
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Learning agility and a willingness to take on new challenges
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive employee experience
