About the Role
As a Service Technician (m/w/d), you will represent Culligan at our customers' sites. With your technical expertise and your ability to understand and meet customer needs, you will make an important contribution to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Independent installation, commissioning, and maintenance of plumbed-in water dispensers at customer sites.
- Independent execution of service and repair work as well as maintenance of our plumbed-in water dispensers.
- Instructing customers on device operation.
- EDP-supported creation of documentation and service reports.
Requirements
- Completed technical or craft apprenticeship, ideally in electrical engineering/electronics, electrical installation, or refrigeration/air conditioning technology.
- Ideally several years of professional experience in technical customer service, preferably for beverage machines, coffee machines, or water dispensers.
- Technical understanding.
- Strong service mentality, quality awareness, and customer focus.
- High level of commitment and initiative.
- Communication and cooperation skills.
- Friendly demeanor and professional manners.
- EDP knowledge in common programs.
- Willingness to travel (driver's license class B).
