About the Role
As a Customer Outreach Analyst, you will be part of The Star Entertainment Group’s Source of Wealth and Source of Funds processes. You’ll reach out to customers to have respectful, professional conversations about their financial activity, helping to gather and document necessary information while ensuring a positive and transparent experience aligned with service values. This role is pivotal in shaping the success of Gaming Operations at The Star.
Responsibilities
- Engage in customer interaction and relationship-based conversations.
- Provide a hospitality-first approach, even in more formal or sensitive discussions.
- Collect, review, and document customer information, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with customer profiles.
Requirements
- Interest in growing knowledge around the Source of Wealth processes, risk and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience engaging with premium guests and handling sensitive conversations.
- High attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity.
- Knowledge of AML/CTF, KYC, SOW, and SOF concepts.
- Currently hold a NSW CE (Casino Employee) license.
- Able to work a 7-day roster, including evenings.
- Eligibility checks are required as part of the recruitment process and ongoing employment.
