About the Role

This role involves creating analysis-driven business intelligence solutions, working closely with revenue cycle and finance, and reviewing physician productivity reports. The successful candidate will develop data solutions and translate complex data into meaningful insights to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Learn and study the collection of productivity reports in the Strategy and Data Analytics and Financial Accounting team systems.
• Practice extensively in Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Pagination, Conditional Formatting, and Cross Tab.
• Learn Tableau reporting system.
• Learn EPIC reporting system (Cogito/Slicer Dicer/Caboodle).
• Benchmark performance and data from similar clinical practice sites.
• Analyze departmental functions and recommend measures to improve fiscal performance.
• Develop presentations to support business decision-making, physician recruitment, and development.
• Meet with physicians in conjunction with departmental leadership and other analysts.
• Train, learn, and understand the functions of physician productivity and dashboards.
• Interface with clinicians to share actionable data.
• Recommend opportunities for optimized data reporting and analysis.
• Perform and manage other projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with specialization in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Business analysis experience strongly preferred.
• Health care industry experience preferred.
• Extensive travel to all office sites to meet with internal stakeholders will be required.
