Responsibilities
- Manage ETO products based on CJC products from planning to mass production.
- Formulate ETO order budget (target) and set KPIs and measures for achievement.
- Engage in sales activities for ETO products in collaboration with related departments.
- Plan expenses and investment for ETO product development and coordinate with related departments.
- Negotiate with clients to guide them towards ETO products that the company can handle.
- Act as a liaison for co-creation activities such as joint research and development with clients for ETO products.
- Communicate information regarding key ETO product customers to relevant internal departments.
- Consolidate ETO product requests from the market and related departments.
- Support the engineering staff and technical departments in their development tasks for ETO products.
Requirements
- Client negotiation skills (communication skills)
- Positive attitude
- Product knowledge of commercial air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment (preferred)
