About the Role

Mastercard powers economies and empowers people worldwide. The Personalization Product Manager will drive innovation, delivery, and collaboration to integrate personalization into Mastercard offerings, accelerating adoption across Financial Institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Expand and refine personalization-enabled service offerings.
  • Develop business cases and ensure P&L alignment for personalization-driven product packages.
  • Capture and integrate learnings from past projects.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on personalization capabilities to support commercial teams.
  • Partner with Sales and account teams to identify and shape new business opportunities.
  • Support business development activities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to craft value propositions.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of personalization projects.
  • Lead the rollout of personalization capabilities.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Product, Delivery, and Commercial teams.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure smooth project progression.
  • Ensure continuous alignment between client needs and product evolution.
  • Drive reuse of best practices, frameworks, and learnings.

Requirements

  • Strong consulting background with demonstrated experience solving complex business challenges.
  • Translate client needs into actionable solutions.
  • Deep understanding of marketing, customer engagement, personalization, and digital customer experience strategies.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical and structured problem solver with a strong bias for action, ownership, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience in management consulting, marketing consulting, or customer strategy advisory roles.
  • Experience with personalization, CRM, digital marketing, marketing technology, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Experience working with Financial Institutions, FinTechs, Payments, or related industries.

  • New York City, New York: $156,000 - $265,000 USD
  • Miami, Florida: $130,000 - $221,000 USD
