About the Role
Almedia is building the future of marketing by rewarding users for engaging with advertisers. We are offering a new way to acquire users for major companies. We are looking for a Venture Lead to own the journey from insight to global scale for our next generation of products, building the machine that launches "Unicorn-level" ventures.
Responsibilities
- Transform validated opportunities into "Unicorn-level" market pilots, securing signed lighthouse clients and executive-approved business models.
- Architect the governance, funding, and decision frameworks that empower R&D squads to ship milestones autonomously.
- Negotiate and integrate flagship advertiser partnerships into the core product experience.
- Build a world-class venture organization by hiring and mentoring key leaders, setting extreme quality bars, and coaching managers.
- Take full ownership of venture business impact by running recurring data reviews and codifying playbooks.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning a multi-venture thesis in a hyper-growth environment, with a history of making disciplined scale/kill decisions.
- Expertise in building high-velocity delivery engines that translate high-level strategy into weekly execution plans using Lean Startup and Design Thinking.
- Deep understanding of architecting analytics systems (LTV/CAC, retention, incrementality) while ensuring privacy and compliance readiness.
- Experience negotiating complex commercial terms and representing the company effectively with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Success in launching or scaling a major product in the Rewarded User Acquisition or Fintech landscape.
- Model extreme ownership and initiative, taking full accountability for the venture P&L and ROI.
- Standardize excellence through playbooks, removing blockers hands-on.
- Make fast, evidence-based decisions at high velocity.
