About the Role
As the Restaurant Manager at Guzman y Gomez (GYG), you will lead daily operations, empower the team through coaching and training, and manage the restaurant's P&L. You will maintain high standards of quality and procedures, embodying the GYG spirit by being hands-on when needed.

Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting, ideally leading teams of 10 or more
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
- Experience with rostering, inventory management and reviewing budgets
- Previous success in meeting KPI's
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Background checks including Police Checks and employment verification may be conducted
