About the Role

Thompson & Horton LLP seeks an associate with four to six years of litigation experience. A background in labor and employment, civil rights law, or education law is preferred. Ideal candidates will have experience including 42 U.S.C. § 1983, Title VI, Title IX, Title VII, the ADEA, FMLA, ADA, and Texas Labor Code Chapter 21. Requirements

Four to six (4-6) years of litigation experience
Experience including 42 U.S.C. § 1983, Title VI, Title IX, Title VII, the ADEA, FMLA, ADA, and Texas Labor Code Chapter 21
