About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on leader to oversee our custodial team and ensure every guest enjoys a spotless experience at the park. This role is crucial for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Champion our Custodial Standard of Excellence and restroom sanitation.
• Lead, train, and inspire a team of custodians to deliver top-notch cleanliness.
• Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.
• Inspect restrooms and facilities regularly, correcting issues and retraining staff as needed.
• Maintain inventory and order cleaning supplies.
• Promote and enforce safe work practices at all times.
• Serve as a role model for attention to detail, work ethic, and professionalism.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Comfortable working with a diverse team, including those whose primary language is not English.
