Responsibilities
- Educate homeowners on cabinet refacing and kitchen remodeling solutions
- Schedule qualified in-home design consultations for the Sales Team
- Represent the Reddo Cabinets brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
- Contribute to team goals while helping homeowners take the first step toward their dream kitchen
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality with confidence speaking to new people
- Motivated by goals and the opportunity to earn performance bonuses
- Reliable, self-driven, and comfortable working independently outdoors
- Sales, customer service, canvassing, or retail experience is helpful but not required
- Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as scheduled

Salary/Compensations
- $20–$25/hour + Uncapped Performance Bonuses
- Total earning potential up to $85,000 annually based on performance
