About the Role

The Lifestyle Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting the day-to-day management of the community to achieve resident retention goals. This role works closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to assist in the move-in process, coordinate programs and resident events, and manage sales and marketing efforts for the community.

Responsibilities

  • Greet prospects and residents, ensuring their comfort while awaiting assistance.
  • Answer phone calls, route calls appropriately, and assist with service request callbacks.
  • Manage the guest suite schedule, ensuring payment and cleanliness.
  • Manage the loading dock and/or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs.
  • Document package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
  • Ensure all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use.
  • Develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs utilizing amenity space.
  • Maintain detailed information on local area services and businesses.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses.
  • Offer recommendations to residents on services and needs.
  • Stay updated on community events.
  • Monitor and respond to the Lifestyle E-mail Account.
  • Collaborate with the Lifestyle Team to ensure timely email responses.
  • Create marketing and awareness for events, programs, services, and initiatives.
  • Produce the monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers.
  • Submit items for Resident Portal postings.
  • Participate in ensuring Greystar sales and marketing program standards are met.
  • Provide input into property portfolio budgets related to planned activities and resident retention.
  • Manage expenses to budget.

  • Must be able to maintain detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information.
  • Must be able to maintain positive relationships and contacts with concierge vendors and local businesses.
  • Must be able to offer recommendations to residents on a variety of services or needs.
  • Must be able to keep up to date on events within the community.
  • Must be able to monitor and respond to Lifestyle E-mail Account.
  • Must be able to work with the Lifestyle Team to ensure messages are responded to in a timely fashion.
  • Must be able to create marketing and awareness of events, programs, services, and initiatives.
  • Must be able to create and produce the monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers with activities and events.
  • Must be able to monitor and submit items for Resident Portal postings.
  • Must be able to participate in ensuring Greystar sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks are being met.
  • Must be able to provide input into the development of budgets within the property portfolio as it relates to planned activities and resident retention.
