About the Role

This role supports key Treasury Operations activities, including bank account administration, KYC documentation, letters of credit, cash management, treasury management system administration, online banking portal maintenance, payments, SOX controls, audit support, and process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with internal business partners, Legal, banking partners, auditors, payment processors, and implementation teams to support day-to-day Treasury Operations, banking relationship management, and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Legal and banking partners on new account openings, closures, account maintenance, and KYC refresh documentation.
  • Prepare bank correspondence, letters of instruction, banking resolutions, signature documentation, and other legal banking documentation required by financial institutions.
  • Maintain accurate bank account details in the Global Bank Account Database (GBAD), including account status changes, signer updates, and related cash account information.
  • Support bank-related escalations, inquiries, year-end bank confirmations, and audit requests.
  • Maintain users and static data in the treasury management system and online banking portals.
  • Coordinate online banking user access requests, approvals, and user entitlement updates across relationship banks.
  • Execute wire and ACH payments through the treasury management system and online banking platforms.
  • Support treasury payment products and services including, online banking platforms, payment security enhancements, and related implementation projects.
  • Work with banks, implementation teams, payment processors, and the Payment Transformation team on banking and platform maintenance.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly SOX controls and provide supporting documentation for audit.
  • Execute and coordinate treasury compliance reviews, including user access certifications, authorized signer reviews, manual check signer reviews, audit trail reviews, and other treasury-related controls.
  • Identify TR employees impacted by FBAR filing requirements and file FinCEN Form 114 for TR Corporate Officers.
  • Maintain and execute letters of credit.
  • Support the preparation and execution of debit, borrowing, revolver borrowing, repayment, and deposit loan documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute periodic GBAD reporting and coordinate follow-up actions with Treasury, Accounting, and business stakeholders.
  • Support M&A integrations, legal entity restructurings, and business transitions through account openings, closures, access and control changes, KYC activities, bank migrations, and treasury onboarding requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day banking relationship requests and implementation activities, coordinating issue resolution, service enhancements, and account maintenance across banking partners.
  • Document and update procedures, policies, and controls.
  • Contribute to process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled efficiency initiatives within Treasury Operations.
  • Support Treasury Operations projects and ad hoc requests as needed.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5+ years of treasury operations experience.
  • Strong understanding of North American financial institutions, banking structures, documentation requirements, banking portals, and payment processes.
  • Experience coordinating bank account openings, closures, KYC remediation, and banking documentation.
  • Experience administering online banking platforms, user entitlements, and banking portal access controls.
  • Knowledge of SOX controls and audit requirements within a treasury environment.
  • Experience with treasury management systems and online banking platforms; experience with FIS Integrity or an equivalent TMS is preferred.
  • Experience supporting acquisition integrations, legal entity changes, or treasury integration projects is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in both individual and team environments.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
