About the Role
Provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior finance executive, ensuring diaries are managed, meetings are organised, travel is booked, and priorities are met. This role is ideal for someone who builds strong relationships and thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced corporate environment, offering variety and ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle expense reports, budget tracking, purchase order raising, and invoice processing.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and site visits, including logistics, technology, catering, and agendas.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and professional correspondence.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Provide general administrative support across the Finance team when required.
- Create a professional, welcoming, and well-organised experience for executives, visitors, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar executive business support role.
- Highly organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep everything running smoothly.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Genuine enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment, with pride in delivering high-quality work and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Polished, professional approach, positive attitude, and willingness to jump in wherever support is needed.
