About the Role

The Guardianship Division is NCAT's protective jurisdiction, promoting the rights of people with decision-making disabilities. Responsibilities

  • Provide information to clients face to face, by phone or in writing.
  • Provide high-quality administrative and clerical support, including data entry, document production, scanning documents and filing.
  • Work in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Requirements

  • Capacity to work in an environment that may involve potential exposure to psychosocial hazards related to the range of services provided in a tribunal environment.
  • Be professional and have good communication skills.
  • Be a team player who enjoys working in a busy high-volume environment.
  • Be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy.
  • Have an interest in supporting people with disabilities.
