About the Role
This 6-month FTC opportunity is for a Manager, GPT Space&Co to oversee all operational requirements for the Space&Co venue at Darling Park. The role is driven by a clear vision to position GPT Space&Co as Australia's premier flexible workspace provider, focusing on elevating the brand and member experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the welcoming face and primary point of contact for all members and guests, responding promptly to enquiries and requests.
- Manage external meeting room and workshop bookings, ensuring seamless day-of execution and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Strengthen member loyalty through proactive engagement and creative initiatives.
- Oversee the full customer journey from onboarding to renewal, maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate and manage venue maintenance in collaboration with the building management team.
- Manage venue billing and contribute to financial performance and cost management.
Requirements
- Proven front-of-house experience, ideally from the service, hospitality, or events industries.
- Ability to build genuine relationships and work proactively and autonomously.
- Natural communicator, confident, able to prioritize and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders.
