About the Role

Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to aged care customers, enabling them to live independently, supported, and empowered within their own homes and communities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Provide transportation and personal care, including assisting customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, and feeding.
  • Build relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and policies to ensure the safety of yourself and customers.

Requirements

  • Current Australian Driver’s License.
  • Ownership of a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday.
