About the Role
This role focuses on building customer relationships and gaining industry knowledge within public sector organizations. You will propose IT solutions to improve society and gain broad product and IT solution knowledge by collaborating with account teams and relevant organizations. Top performers can participate in overseas incentive travel and Winners' Summit.
Responsibilities
- Propose our enterprise products (servers, storage) and focus solutions to customers.
- Contribute to share expansion through existing renewal and new projects.
- Lead account activities in collaboration with product sales representatives, pre-sales engineers, and external partners.
- Deeply understand customer business strategies and challenges to position HPE as a strategic partner.
- Lead value-added proposals, negotiations, and closing to resolve customer issues.
Requirements
- Approximately 3 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Proactive attitude with strong execution ability and determination.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and services (servers, networks, storage, foundational software, services).
- Practical IT skills.
- Communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Interest in HPC and AI.
