About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Department Storage Group Staff (Reinstatement Representative) to solve critical problems and provide value for the future of our business. Our customers are our top priority, and many end-users rely on our products and services for peace of mind in their daily lives.

Responsibilities

  • Checking documents for reinstatement applications.
  • Communicating assessment results for reinstatements.
  • Managing the payment of reinstatement insurance premiums.
  • Responding to inquiries related to the above duties.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of practical experience in life insurance operations or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in creating or editing administrative manuals for insurance operations.
  • Native-level Japanese written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation).
  • Understanding of insurance products and operations is desirable.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Desire for continuous improvement and customer-centric thinking.
  • PC skills (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), particularly basic database creation in Access and experience using functions and VBA in Excel is a plus.
  • English proficiency is a plus.
  • Insurance-related qualifications (life insurance courses or life insurance university) are desirable.
