About the Role

The Retail Sales Representative enjoys a fast-paced and high energy environment, serving as the connection between the customer and the T-Mobile brand. This role requires a passion for the wireless industry, deep product knowledge, and a focus on building long-lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service, including greeting customers, answering phones, and assessing needs.
• Drives monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts, maximizing existing accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics.
• Builds relationships with employees and customers across all business channels.
• Assists with store opening, closing, and operations, including cash handling, inventory, and deposits.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains store appearance, back room, restrooms, and individual work area according to retail standards.
• Explores customer needs with thoughtful questions and provides support for service activations, changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessory sales, plan changes, and upgrades.
• Achieves assigned performance metrics.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Minimum 6 months of retail and/or sales experience with a strong customer focus
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient, and empathetic demeanor
• Ability to problem-solve, analyze results, plan for the future, and make good decisions
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for long periods on the sales floor
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
