About the Role
As a Senior Analyst, Finance, you will play a key role in helping leaders understand business performance and make informed decisions. You will deliver financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and insights that support strategic priorities and drive better outcomes. You will contribute to planning and forecasting cycles, performance reporting, business cases, and investment analysis, while partnering with stakeholders to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Requirements
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting and modelling capabilities
- Intermediate-advanced Excel skills
- Ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, commercially focused insights and recommendations
- Demonstrated experience preparing and presenting financial performance reporting to a range of stakeholders
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to partner effectively across Finance and the business
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Interest in leveraging data, technology and automation to enhance reporting and decision-making
