About the Role

This entry-level role is designed for individuals eager to learn and build a career in media. You will receive hands-on training while developing expertise across paid social, media planning, campaign execution, reporting, and client service. Success requires organization, accountability, curiosity, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, campaign setup, execution, and reporting across paid social platforms.
  • Support the development of media plans, presentation decks, flowcharts, spec sheets, and campaign documentation.
  • Gather campaign data, platform costs, audience insights, and other information to support planning recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Media Operations, Ad Operations, Finance, Analytics, and Planning to ensure campaigns launch accurately and efficiently.
  • Create media contracts and maintain accurate campaign details within internal systems.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and delivery while helping identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support campaign trafficking and quality assurance alongside Ad Operations and media partners.
  • Assist with campaign reporting, proof-of-performance documentation, and post-campaign recaps.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with internal teams, media partners, creative agencies, and clients.
  • Stay current on emerging social platforms, industry trends, and new advertising opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Interest in paid social media, digital marketing, or advertising is strongly preferred.
  • 3-6+ months of hands-on experience in execution & optimization of digital media campaigns with a focus in Paid Social.
  • Analytical skills, both the ability to interpret overall social performance and paid campaign performance.
  • A passionate, resourceful, curious problem-solver.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and reach.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
  • Ability to observe details at close range.
