About the Role
We are building out our People Operations team and looking for experienced IR/ER professionals to own employee performance and conduct case management, WorkCover matters, and health, wellbeing and safety.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders across a business portfolio on workforce planning, complex case management and everything in between.
- Apply strong IR/ER judgement to identify risk and support sound decisions.
- Own end-to-end case management (conduct, performance, grievances, investigations, WorkCover).
- Focus on employee wellbeing and safety.
- Support Senior People Partners day to day.
