This role involves strategic risk analysis, identifying improvement opportunities, monitoring risks, and acting as a trusted risk advisor.

  • Support stronger decision-making through quality risk reporting, records, and insights.
  • Build risk awareness and capability by coaching and supporting business teams.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting activities such as deep dives, root cause analysis, incident assessments, thematic reviews, or read-across exercises to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and translate complex risk matters into clear, actionable insights.
  • A strategic and continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to work autonomously, simplify processes, and drive better outcomes across a complex business environment.
