About the Role

Join Texas Physical Therapy Specialists, a Confluent Health brand, as a Coverage Team Physical Therapist. Travel between multiple locations in the Austin region, supporting diverse teams and patients. This role is ideal for a Physical Therapist who values variety, adaptability, and collaboration, offering exposure to different clinic styles and patient populations while maintaining autonomy and clinical support. Average 12 patients per day allows for individualized, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Travel between clinics in the region based on coverage needs.
Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

$46-48/Hr+ weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8k per year
