About the Role

Join a clinician-driven team at Texas Physical Therapy Specialists, a Confluent Health company, where growth, mentorship, and specialization are central to your career. Our Orthopedic Residency Program supports OCS certification and skill advancement. We offer a diverse outpatient caseload with an average of 12 patients per day, dedicated mentorship, continuing education, leadership pathways, and a potential sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care reflecting patient goals, needs, and lifestyle.
Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.

Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
