About the Role

Our Orthopedic Residency Program supports OCS certification and skill advancement. We offer a diverse outpatient caseload with an average of 12 patients per day, dedicated mentorship, continuing education, leadership pathways, and a potential sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities
- Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care reflecting patient goals, needs, and lifestyle.
- Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
- Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
- Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

- Sign On Bonus of up to $5k
- weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8k per year
