About the Role
At EY-Parthenon, our unique combination of transformative strategy, transactions, tax, and corporate finance delivers real-world value. We partner with CEOs, boards, private equity, and governments, offering solutions that work in practice. The Strategy and Transaction Execution team helps clients define and achieve strategic objectives in acquisitions, divestments, and transformations, covering operational aspects from deal inception to longer-term transformation. We are the largest dedicated integrations and separations practice in Australia, combining strategic, operational, and transaction experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement value creation, transformation, and transaction strategy.
- Analyze and evaluate operating models and financial information.
- Identify key client risks and mitigate them proactively.
- Develop and present key deliverables to clients.
- Conduct research and analysis into key sectors and clients.
- Support business development activities.
- Collaborate with the broader EY-Parthenon division and other EY teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience.
- Advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity, and creative thinking.
- Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis and leveraging AI tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations.
- Adept at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Driven with high EQ.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Transaction or organizational transformation experience is a plus.
- Must be willing to undertake employment screening.
