About the Role

As a member of the Housekeeping team at St Peters Lane Cove, you will be providing high quality laundry services for our residents within our residential aged care home, ensuring residents belongings are clean and presentable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide laundry services which includes collecting and washing personal clothing, folding and sorting, distributing personal items back to resident rooms
  • Supporting your peers and maintaining a co operative team spirit
  • Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents, closely following all policies and procedures

Requirements

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
  • Good communication skills
  • A reliable team player
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance

  • $33.20 per hour + superannuation
