About the Role
Join us as a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer where you'll work closely with strategic clients to turn complex problems into deployed AI solutions that deliver real business impact. You will set technical direction, mentor engineers, and guide teams toward production-ready solutions using Anthropic technologies.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to unpack their hardest challenges and shape practical paths from idea to implementation.
- Design integrations, stand up data pipelines, and extend agentic workflows.
- Guide teams toward a production-ready solution built with Anthropic technologies.
- Set technical direction for engineering teams.
- Mentor engineers through delivery.
- Help teams make smart trade-offs across architecture, speed, and quality.
- Communicate technical details and business trade-offs to senior client stakeholders.
- Lead teams to develop and adopt an AI native mindset.
- Collaborate in person with clients and colleagues.
Requirements
- 5+ years technical leadership experience in consulting, professional services, or equivalent client-facing roles.
- 10+ years professional experience building software, ideally in Java, C#, Python, TypeScript, or Go, with strong engineering principles and willingness to work across the stack.
- Experience with hands-on Anthropic tooling such as Claude API, Claude Code, Claude Managed Agents.
- Experience with data-intensive systems: pipelines, APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI tooling.
- A bias toward action; prefer shipping a working v0.1 over polishing a specification.
- Genuine comfort with ambiguity and context-switching.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills, as this is a deeply client-facing role.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and collaborate in person as required.
