About the Role
This role offers a genuine graduate-level entry into Demand Planning, providing extensive training and development opportunities. You will become a trusted business partner guiding supply chain decisions that impact customers, production planning, and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyse sales and demand trends using Excel
- Build and maintain forecasting models and planning files
- Identify growth opportunities, demand variability and business risks
- Partner with sales teams to understand upcoming opportunities and market changes
- Challenge assumptions and ask insightful questions to improve forecast accuracy
- Update and maintain forecasts within planning systems
- Support monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
- Present forecast changes and business insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with supply chain, commercial and leadership teams to support business planning activities
Requirements
- Advanced Excel capability
- Experience using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, HLOOKUPs and other core Excel functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work confidently with a variety of stakeholders
- Curiosity and willingness to ask questions
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
