About the Role
TK Maxx is opening a brand-new store in Mandurah, and we’re looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our opening team. This is your chance to be part of the action from day one and help create the unique TK Maxx shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Delivering a high standard of customer service
- Supporting sales through register operations and shop floor service
- Processing and replenishing stock to keep the store fresh and exciting
- Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store
- Assisting with fitting rooms, markdowns and daily operations
- Following company procedures, safety standards and best practices
Requirements
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- A team player who can also work independently
- Flexibility to work retail roster, including early mornings (from 7am), late shifts, weekends, and availability during our up-and-coming peak trading periods
