About the Role

Lead marketing and communications across Asia for Jensen Hughes, a global leader in fire engineering, safety, security, and risk-based consulting. This role involves partnering with senior leaders and technical experts to develop marketing strategies that drive business growth, influence brand perception, and generate commercial outcomes through various initiatives like thought leadership, digital campaigns, and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, regional operations, service line, and business development leaders to identify and prioritize marketing needs and translate them into action plans.
  • Support other field marketers on cross-regional and cross-service line projects.
  • Develop, facilitate, and execute regional/service level marketing tactics, including marketing communications campaigns and thought-leadership initiatives.
  • Adapt marketing plans to regional and cultural differences.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, digital marketing managers, and internal communications colleagues to develop marketing materials.
  • Develop and implement an annual marketing plan to support region/service line growth.
  • Use marketing data and reporting to inform marketing optimizations.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Provide event support and ongoing content marketing support.

Requirements

  • 3-5 or more years of B2B marketing experience in an Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC), or professional services consulting environment.
  • Professional working proficiency in Korean, English, and Mandarin.
  • Technical writing, marketing copywriting, copy editing, and public relations experience.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing content for social media platforms specific to the Asian market.
  • Demonstrated experience managing diverse marketing tasks such as campaigns, thought-leadership initiatives, email marketing, speaking opportunities, and event/conference support.
  • Ability to offer innovative marketing strategy ideas.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, quality control review, copywriting, grammatical, and proofreading skills.
  • High-energy, self-starter with outstanding project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to be client-focused, work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of brand elements and guidelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/365 and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Express, Email Marketing Platforms, and Digital Asset Management Tools is required.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and marketing success metrics is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics) is a plus.
  • Occasional flexibility to work extended hours to accommodate deliverables and time zones may be required.
