About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for planning and managing all contracted responsibilities for assigned projects, acting as the primary contact between Novotech and the client. This role leads and oversees the execution of clinical projects in accordance with regulations, guidelines, and SOPs to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. The Project Manager is accountable for overall project deliverables, internal team leadership, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage all contracted responsibilities for assigned projects.
Act as the primary contact between Novotech and the client.
Lead and oversee the execution of clinical projects.
Ensure project delivery in accordance with local regulation, ICH GCP guidelines, Novotech/client SOPs, and the Project Agreement.
Deliver projects on time and to budget.
Oversee overall project deliverables.
Lead the internal team.
Manage the financial performance of the project.
Ensure project delivery from site selection through to study close-out.
Identify and evaluate potential risks.
Develop risk management plans to mitigate identified risks.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Solid understanding of the drug development and clinical trial process.
Understanding of the role and workings of a Clinical Research Organisation (CRO).
Knowledge of ICH GCP.
Familiarity with international and local regulatory requirements.
Strategic vs transactional mindset.
Ability to gain insights and make proactive decisions quickly.
