About the Role
The Producer, Children, Families & Creative Learning (CFCL) is responsible for the effective producing management, delivery, and presentation of all aspects of Children, Families & Creative Learning performances and projects within SOH Presents. This role participates in annual artistic planning and manages projects from inception to completion, including budget generation and management, deal negotiation, scheduling, artist liaison, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Effective producing management, delivery, and presentation of Children, Families & Creative Learning performances and projects.
- Participation in annual artistic planning.
- Management of projects from inception to completion across performances and associated programs.
- Generating and managing the annual performance program budget.
- Negotiating deals and contracts.
- Annual scheduling.
- Artist liaison.
- Management of internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience (7+ years) to an expert level in developing, producing, and delivering performances within a Venue or Festival context.
- Experience in business and producing management, including scoping projects, developing and implementing project business cases, budget creation and management, revenue modelling, and budget optimisation across commercial and subsidised programming.
- Experience in managing multiple projects with competing priorities across different teams or departments.
- Solutions-focussed attitude.
- Existing Australian work rights.
- Satisfactory National Police Check.
- Satisfactory Pre-Employment Health Assessment.

- Base salary of $105,855 per annum plus 12% Superannuation Contributions
