About the Role

As the central leader in our IQOS Shop-in-Shop, you will actively shape the customer experience, lead your team to peak performance, and serve as a brand ambassador for IQOS. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, and motivating your team through effective coaching. Your role includes managing the operational aspects of the shop, coordinating promotions, monitoring inventory, and ensuring smooth operations. Essentially, you will transform our shop into a space that delights customers, brands, and team members alike.

Responsibilities

Develop team potential by recognizing individual strengths and promoting further development.
Strengthen brand loyalty and customer networks by setting clear goals and encouraging proactive customer engagement.
Create a positive brand experience for customers, leading to increased sales and brand awareness.
Implement promotions and campaigns to generate interest in products and drive sales.
Independently manage the pop-up store, overseeing administrative and personnel tasks, and ensuring product availability.

Requirements

Strong service and customer orientation with a commitment to creating a unique shopping and brand experience.
Goal-oriented with strong sales affinity and the ability to generate customer curiosity and enthusiasm.
Ideally, experience as an assistant store manager, leader, team leader, or promoter.
Organizational talent and a structured approach to efficiently manage operational processes.
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm in German and English.
