About the Role

The EVS Worker 204 is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at the Hudson facility, ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards. This role involves executing cleaning and sanitation tasks, collaborating on cleaning schedules, and contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
• Ensure that restrooms, break rooms, and common areas are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and maintain a proactive approach to cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in the training of new staff members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a cleaning or custodial role preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Experience with floor care equipment such as buffers and scrubbers.
