Responsibilities
- Proactively approach people, conduct open conversations, and help them discover the product that best fits their lifestyle.
- Actively expand our customer base by acquiring new customers and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Implement sales promotion, image, and marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and drive sales.
- Assist with inventory, warehouse, and cash management, optimizing the sales floor for a unique shopping experience.
- Conscientiously and independently complete tasks in line with our quality standards.
Requirements
- Enjoy providing individual customer consultations and creating a special shopping experience.
- High motivation, team spirit, and a service-oriented approach to actively contribute to sales success.
- Openness, team spirit, and enthusiasm for inspiring people.
- Reliability and willingness to learn new things.
- Good communication skills in German and English.
Salary/Compensations
- €2,600 to €2,900 base salary plus performance-based commission.
