About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you will bring structure to complex relationships, create transparency over our key KPIs, and help teams act faster and better. You will be the interface between numbers and business, from sales and e-commerce to operations, management, and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Build, further develop, and automate dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks for management and specialist departments.
- Extract, prepare, analyze, and visualize data using SQL, Python, Excel, and modern BI tools like Power BI and other AI-powered tools.
- Identify patterns, deviations, revenue drivers, and efficiency potentials along the customer journey and internal processes.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear analyses, decision proposals, and concrete recommendations for action.
- Support data-based steering of e-commerce, sales, and operations processes.
- Automate manual reporting processes and continuously improve data quality, transparency, and availability.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders from different teams to define relevant KPIs, reporting standards, and control logic.
- Communicate analytical results understandably.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Reporting.
- Very good knowledge of SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, or comparable applications.
- Strong analytical and mathematical mindset combined with clear business understanding.
- Experience in building dashboards, automating reports, and translating data into measurable business impact.
- Ability to communicate complex issues understandably and to confidently engage different stakeholders.
- Structured, self-directed, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Experience in the GreenTech, energy, or platform environment (nice to have).
- Experience with forecasting, funnel analyses, process metrics, or performance management (nice to have).
- Interest in automation, AI-powered analysis, and scalable data processes (nice to have).
