About the Role
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to own our quote-to-cash process end to end, including quotes, order forms, invoices, and collections. This junior role offers direct work with leadership, providing insight into a fast-growing software business and opportunities for growth into deal desk, sales systems, reporting, and broader revenue operations.
Responsibilities
- Own billing and invoicing: generate accurate invoices, submit them through customer AP portals (Coupa, Ariba, and others), and track them through to payment.
- Run collections: monitor aging receivables, send payment reminders, chase down the right AP contacts, and partner with Account Executives when a customer relationship needs a nudge.
- Support the sales process: prepare quotes and order forms, keep deal records accurate in HubSpot, and help deals move cleanly from signature to invoice.
- Document and improve processes: build the playbooks for quote-to-cash as we scale.
- Keep our revenue data clean: accurate customer records, contract terms, and renewal dates.
- Take on new projects across revenue operations as the team and your skills grow.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in operations, finance, accounting, sales support, or a similar detail-oriented role.
- Exceptional organization and follow-through.
- Clear, professional written communication.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and quick to learn new tools.
- Pleasantly persistent: you can follow up a fourth time and still be someone people enjoy hearing from.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment with real ownership from day one.
