About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Royalty Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of our publishing companies, with a focus on processing publishing royalties. The ideal candidate will have experience processing incoming royalty statements, preparing outgoing royalty statements, and accurately interpreting publishing splits.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming royalty statements.
• Prepare and distribute outgoing royalty statements.
• Process outgoing royalty payments.
• Analyze publishing compositions, ownership splits, and royalty payouts.
• Review royalty data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in music publishing accounting or royalty processing.
• Experience analyzing and reconciling data from multiple corporate systems.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Skills

• Proficiency in Vistex Music Maestro.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
