About the Role

Join EY’s Financial Services Consulting team as a Manager in Technology Strategy and Transformation. You will play a hands-on role in delivering innovation, transformation, and exceptional value for clients in the Banking, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management sectors. Partner with local and global cross-functional teams and clients to deliver programs that unlock value, manage risk, and enable innovation.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of transformation projects to optimize business value, partnering with clients to implement change across systems, processes, and operating models.
Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure outcomes are delivered on time and within scope.
Contribute to project planning, status reporting, risk management, and quality assurance.
Apply delivery frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to suit project and program needs.

Requirements

Hands-on experience in delivering projects/programs involving technology transformation, preferably within the financial services environment.
At least 4 years of solid experience with a proven track record in technology transformation delivery, project management, or program support within consulting roles in the financial services industry.
Exceptional capacity for effective collaboration within diverse and inclusive teams, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes and engaging stakeholders across both business and technology domains.
Outstanding organizational skills, exemplary communication abilities, and proven problem-solving acumen.
