About the Role
The Market People Manager provides expert HR consultation, coaching, and support to leaders, enhancing talent management, engagement, and performance while implementing strategic people initiatives to achieve business goals. This role partners with leaders to translate business strategy into talent plans, fostering a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to translate business strategy into talent plans.
- Foster a high-performance culture.
- Coach and advise leaders on core HR programs, including performance management, development planning, employee relations, compensation, and engagement.
- Collaborate with leaders to ensure key people practices deliver a positive associate experience.
- Act as an advocate for associates.
- Provide advice and counseling across all HR disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with policies and consistent application of HR programs and processes.
- Conduct investigations as required.
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to develop, facilitate, and execute HR programs.
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and talent review and succession planning processes.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and seize opportunities.
- Champion or participate in strategic projects aligned with the company's vision, mission, strategy, and culture.
