About the Role
As Growth Engineer, you are the marketing technical backbone of the end investor growth squad, building and maintaining systems that enable a small team to reach and engage a much larger investor audience. You work at the intersection of data infrastructure, marketing technology, and AI-powered automation to remove friction and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Map and close critical gaps in investor audience tracking infrastructure within the first 30 days.
- Build and maintain data pipelines for a unified view of investor audience engagement across all channels.
- Deploy at least one AI-assisted workflow to measurably improve an investor acquisition metric within the first two quarters.
- Own the technical infrastructure for end investor growth experimentation, enabling clean tests and data-backed decisions.
- Establish the Growth Engineer function as a trusted technical partner with reliable, scalable, and documented systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering or growth engineering experience with a track record of shipping reliable, production-quality systems.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain integrations between marketing tools, data platforms, and third-party APIs in a production environment.
- Solid command of data, including building pipelines, writing meaningful queries, and producing trustworthy reports for non-technical colleagues.
- Working knowledge of modern marketing stacks, including event tracking, audience data flows, and channel-level campaign attribution.
- Real experience using AI tools to build or automate something with a measurable outcome.
