About the Role
As the Store Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture, creating memorable moments for customers, and achieving operational excellence at the Hype DC flagship location in Bondi Junction.
Responsibilities
- Create a people-first culture and environment by empowering and developing talent within your team.
- Drive financial sales goals and metrics for a multimillion-dollar store.
- Deliver on the brand vision and strategy.
- Ensure the customer is at the core of everyday business decisions and provide memorable experiences.
- Provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results.
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new team members.
- Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience to consumers in-store.
- Ensure the store presents as best-in-class through Visual Merchandising excellence.
- Foster a fun and safe environment for customers and the team.
- Collaborate with Area Manager, State Manager, and in-store team to deliver a people-first culture and maximize sales growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment.
- Proven record in driving sales and KPI targets.
- Experience in effectively managing rosters and achieving cost efficiency metrics.
- A team player who strives for excellence across Sales, Operations, and team development.
- Experience and passion for delivering best-in-class experiences.
- A coach who can motivate, inspire, and level up a large team of brand ambassadors.
- A leader with a motivated & driven ‘Make it Happen’ attitude.
