As a Customer Assistant, your role is to help create thoughtful and joyful experiences in-store. This is a hands-on, people-first role where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Create meaningful customer moments with personalised service and genuine care
- Support store performance by working together and following through on what matters
- Merchandise with intention - keeping the space inspiring, beautiful, and brand-aligned
- Be a go-to expert on our range, using your product knowledge to help customers find the right scent, gift, or moment
