About the Role
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the club and perform pool & life guarding duties, ensuring a safe and sparkling environment for members.
Responsibilities
- Ensure studios are clean and equipment is spotless before each class.
- Clean and prepare equipment for members.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Supervise the pool, spa, and sauna, performing life guarding duties as needed.
- Find opportunities to provide members with exceptional service.
Requirements
- Warm, honest, and genuine demeanor.
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness.
- Ability to assist members in finding what they need.
- Comfortable communicating at all levels.
- Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule.
- May have hospitality sector experience.
- May have lifeguarding experience.
- Comfortable in the pool.
