About the Role

The Client Solutions team is responsible for finding the right experts for clients. As a Client Solutions Associate, you will grow our network and impact by connecting clients to subject matter experts for interview-based research. This fast-paced role requires hard work, flexibility, and strong client-facing communication skills. You will help create and improve processes and collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance the platform.

Responsibilities

Identify and match experts to clients for interview-based research.
Communicate with clients and experts to track connection progress and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Manage client research projects from understanding goals to recruiting and scheduling experts.
Recruit experts using internal and external channels, reviewing profiles, and matching them to project requirements.
Monitor client and expert feedback to drive successful research and maintain a high-quality expert network.
Share insights from client and expert interactions with product and engineering teams to refine the platform.
