About the Role

You will be responsible for proposal-based sales to key accounts representing Japan, utilizing 3M's diverse product range. This role involves understanding customer challenges deeply, engaging in specification and market introduction, thereby enhancing your proposal, execution, and market creation capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Proposal and specification activities for key accounts
  • Promote product adoption to key accounts, construction companies, and advertising agencies
  • Achieve sales targets and manage progress
  • Plan and manage sales targets for assigned dealers and projects
  • Plan and execute growth initiatives, including expanding customer touchpoints and market development through exhibitions, seminars, and webinars
  • Identify customer challenges and propose solutions
  • Conduct new customer development and existing customer follow-up
  • Support new product market introduction and sales expansion in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (major not specified)
  • 3 or more years of practical experience in sales or marketing
  • Business-level Japanese proficiency (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
